Please Ignore Pedestrians in a Crosswalk…

This is not good idea!  According to Massachusetts State law, if a motorist is approaching a crosswalk, the pedestrians have the right of way if they are in the path of a motorist or if they are within 10 feet of the half-way point in the road.  In other words, if you see someone in a crosswalk, STOP!  If you are in a crosswalk and are struck by a motorist, call us today to determine your rights.
