Attorney Robert D. Ahearn has over 21 years of extensive trial experience in the Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Courts, Industrial Accident Board and Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout New England including, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Vermont.

Attorney Ahearn has also pursued claims in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and New York. He has been a Mediator for the Stoughton and Quincy District Courts for the last twenty (20) years, mediating pending civil cases for the courts. His medical collection clients include physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, therapists, neurologists and radiologists.
