For the past eighteen years, Attorney Robert D. Ahearn has practiced in the areas of personal injury law, insurance law and commercial collection law. Attorney Ahearn has extensive trial experience in the Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Courts, Industrial Accident Board and Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout New England including, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Vermont. Attorney Ahearn has also pursued claims in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and New York.  He is an approved Mediator for Stoughton and Quincy District Courts for the last ten (10) years, mediating pending cases for the court. His medical collection clients include physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, therapists, neurologists and radiologists.
